What is not to like about this hotel - The main thing to point out is all the staff, they're super helpful and super friendly to the restaurant staff to the lovely young lady on reception, would 100% stay here again and didn't even mention the beds wow so soft.

I love this hotel!! This is my second time staying here, and I will continue to every time I go to Athens. Also, the free breakfast is absolutely delish!!

Sehr gute Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fussl?ufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich leider war unser Zimmer etwas abgewohnt und die Matratzen zu weich. Das Frühstück war ok.

Un très bel h?tel dans un Quartier super sécurisé Vigile dans la rue et devant les boutiques de luxe de la rue. A 2 pas du quartier Plaka et du métro direct pour l aéroport (très pratique) H?tel très calme Personnels très prévenants Chambre propre et spacieuse Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité Un grand merci à toute la team nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la chambre 303 "Les Fran?ais"

Every activity or attraction we wanted to see was within a 15-20 minute walk so we were very happy with the location. 5 minute walk from the metro station so very convenient to get to & from the airport without having to pay for Uber/taxi. Lots of food options and shopping nearby. Service was great, always being greeted by the front desk and excellent service & food at the hotel’s restaurant. The room was comfortable and nice, A/C was perfect for the hot weather.

Très bel h?tel situé dans un quartier chic de Athènes. Très bel accueil. La chambre est très propre Le mini frigo est très bien. Il y a une cafetière Nespresso. Le quartier est calme malgré le fait que nous soyons près du centre ville. Endroit prisé par les gens d'affaires.

Cannot access by car so expect to drag cases along cobbled streets if arriving by train Very small reception however we did get some drinks in the mini fridge on day 1. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room was right by the lift so you hear every noise. No view to speak of as backed onto rubble in a quadrangle so room was permanently dark. Had requested single beds but got a double - not big enough and felt that it sloped on the edges so always felt you were falling off, so hardly slept that week! With the bed by the door noise from hallway is annoying. Breakfast is very basic - juices you have to ask for, hardly any fruit (unless canned peaches and chopped up apples). Mini croissants and Greek pastries available but felt dry. Only upside was location to the station, hop on hop off bus stops and shopping near Ermou St. surrounded by high end designer shops which were mostly empty. Would think this is 3 star at most

The hotel is perfectly located to explore Athens - central but out of the super busy tourist areas. The staff were fantastic - natural, friendly and helpful. Offered lots of help and advice - taxi bookings, recommendations and really made sure we were happy with everything. Like lots of big city hotels, our room wasn’t huge (we didn’t have a balcony one) but was very clean and comfortable, plus complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar was a nice touch

Most definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, in my entire life! Everything was immaculate, the staff were just amazing, breakfast was PERFECT. The beds were like sleeping on clouds and very high quality. Faultless in every way! Hotel Lozenge is a boutique hotel but in one of the best locations, close to everything, and in a street closed to traffic so absolutely no noise at all from anywhere. Rooms are spotless and would have loved to have stayed longer. Standout were all the staff that went above and beyond to look after guests and make you feel totally welcome. Nothing was ever a problem. The location is great. Surrounded by many lovely restaurants and only a short walk to the main shopping area of Athens. Easy to navigate to public transport....made even easier by the great information given on check in. It's no wonder why this hotel is rated so highly - thank you guys. Your staff are amazing.
