This place deserves 3 stars BUT, the amazing front desk staff made it up to four. PLEASE DO NOT BLAME THEM FOR ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY TRY THEIR BEST. This place opened in 2017, I’m assuming it’s an old store or something due to the service style elevator. ROOM- Our room had a balcony and sometimes we heard running water, we finally discovered that there was water leaking from upstairs. Even the shower, water leaked through the plaster thing on the floor. HOWEVER, the room was very clean. I can’t complain on that front, HOUSE KEEPING IS THE BEST. BREAKFAST- SUCKS. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD. FRESH, BUT COLD. THEY DON’T HAVE A MICROWAVE. After attempting a 2nd day to have breakfast, we just decided we can’t eat cold food. It’s such a bummer because the spread is lovely. I personally had a few pastries and drank tea from my room. I was a bit disappointed because for what we payed we wanted to take advantage of the breakfast. Unfortunately cold eggs, ham and other things are gross. They have an oven and if you ask they heat the food for you but it must be a toaster over cuz the food was still cold. ROOM SERVICE- we had dinner from the kitchen and it was tasty. The lady who brought it up was nice as well. LOCATION- could not be better. You are in the Kolonaki district. Louis, Hermes, Prada, Dior, Gucci and Chanel are ALL A MINUTE WALK from the hotel. I came to shop so I was happy. OVERALL- plenty of things with this building could be better. I assume mold will start to grow from these rooms soon if these water leaks aren’t fixed. They make enough money can get all these things fixed along with getting the stained up furnitures fixed. I didn’t have a bad time but the mentioned issues can be fixed to bring this place to 5 stars. I do recommend for a short stay tho.

We had a 2 night stay here before a cruise from Athens. We came from the airport by taxi. Hotel is located in a pedestrian street in a fairly upscale shopping area. The room was fine for a short stay. Bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet. Staff were all very pleasant. We had breakfast included with our stay and it was very good we had omelettes. I’d be happy to stay again.

Muy buena ubicación. Caminando a todos lados . Hotel moderno . Cuartos cómodos y ba?os amplios . El desayuno incluido en la tarifa es excelente . El restaurante precios muy buenos . Está sobre una peatonal con las grandes marcas en los locales de alrededor. A dos cuadras de Plaza Sintagma y a 5 cuadras de la calle Ermou que a la peatonal que lleva a Monastiraki.

Small hotel in perfect location. Within walking distance from Syntagma Square this stylish hotel offers clean rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. We found the staff very helpful and friendly, and we felt like we were treated as guests, not as a number, as may be the case in larger hotels. The Lozenge offers nice inside and outside seating on the ground floor. Our room was spacious enough and very clean. The non-balcony rooms appear not to offer any. Ire, but we did not mind, as our room was very quiet.

This was our fourth visit, and once again, everything was perfect. The service is consistently excellent – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every stay feels like coming home, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Great boutique hotel right in the center of Athens. Nice spacious rooms beautifully decorated. The staff were great helpful and accommodating. Great stay.

Nous avions un depot de bagages a faire pour la journée dans un bar situe a deux pas de cet h?tel A notre arrivée, surprise, le cafe etait ferme pour 4 jours La réceptionniste de l'h?tel nous a gentiment proposé de laisser notre valise et nos deux sacs chez eux pour la journée, nous sauvant d'une situation qui aurait ete compliquée pour nous Une belle adresse ou nous ne manquerons pas de séjourner lors de 'notre prochain séjour a Athènes, c' est s?r

Great small hotel with a very helpful staff! We stayed in Suite #501. (4 nights in May and another night in June after our cruise) Great size room, large shower(no tub). Our room had a large balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. No real city view, but a great place to enjoy the breeze while sitting outside with a glass of wine. The bed was perfect for us, not too soft. The room had a coffee pot and refrigerator. Plenty of room to store your clothes if you choose to unpack. The hotel has a working large elevator. The location is convenient to all the attractions we were interested in seeing. We walked everywhere and we are far from being young. The hotel is located on a pedestrian walk way. (no cars allowed, but are airport Taxi did pull up front once with no issues). Normally, the hotel will call a taxi for you, and when the driver is there he will come to the hotel to get you and your bags. the best detail for us was the location and how quiet it was...great for sleeping!! We felt the breakfast was great and with plenty of choices! I think they do a super job in having a selection for both Americans and Europeans! (Always received great service in the Morning from (Anastasia)! A big thanks to the front desk (Marietta) for handling all our travel connections to/from the Airport and Cruise port! (Vasia) (Front desk) was very helpful with keeping us going in the right direction. Bottom line we loved the Hotel and would definitely use it again!
